This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us when you submit an enquiry form:
- Name, mobile number and (optionally) email address
- Your message, preferred plot size or budget, if provided
- Your consent to be contacted
Information collected automatically when you visit or submit a form:
- IP address, browser, device type, operating system, screen size and language
- The page you landed on, the page you enquired from and the referring website
- Advertising and campaign details (e.g. UTM parameters, Google / Meta click and ad identifiers) when you arrive from an advertisement
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and share project details, pricing, availability and site-visit options by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email
- To share your enquiry with Sattva Group, the developer of the project, for processing your interest or booking
- To understand which advertisements and channels bring enquiries, and to improve our website and campaigns
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of our forms
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing of information
Your information may be shared only with: the project developer and RERA-registered developers for processing your enquiry; our customer-relationship (CRM), hosting and communication service providers who process it on our behalf; and government or regulatory authorities (including RERA) where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie that keeps the enquiry form secure, and a first-party cookie (up to 90 days) that remembers how you arrived at the website so enquiries are attributed to the right campaign. Advertising platforms such as Google or Meta may set their own cookies if their tags are used on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the forms will continue to work.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business, legal and regulatory purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted connections, restricted access and protected storage — to keep your information secure.
